Dear Sir

I am installing win 10 in HP LAPTOP 15-da0411TU but there is no drive showing but this message is appearing-"A media driver your computer needs missing. Please help me.

Hi:

 

You can make recovery media with the HP cloud recovery tool, that you can use to reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility. 

 

You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive and if your PC is not working, you will need to use another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to use the cloud recovery tool on.
