Driver Missing

Hi there,

                My probook 440 G1 have a problem to install "PCI SIMPLE COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER" with driver details as:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&SUBSYS_1944103C&REV_04
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&SUBSYS_1944103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&CC_078000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&CC_0780

And also having a problem to install some 2 "UNKNOWN DEVICES" with driver details as:

ACPI\HPQ6007
*HPQ6007

And

USB\VID_138A&PID_003F&REV_0104
USB\VID_138A&PID_003F

plz figure it out.

               2 of 3 have been successfully intalled but the one of these still not working

Hi:

Try manually installing the driver for the 6007 as follows...

Go to the device manager and click on the device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the driver file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp77869.

Make sure the include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.
