Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm getting this notifcation  and I had my computer over 2 years and never seen this before. My question is it safe to Fix and optimize. I'm afraid I may have download something that I shouldn't have. Like I said, this is the first time I seen this in 2 years. Thank you in advance

Hi:

 

Yes, that appears suspicious to me too.

 

It doesn't look like the HP Support Assistant window, because of the DriVerSupport name on the upper right side of the program window you posted.

 

I would close out of that application, see if you can find it listed in your Windows control panel programs menu and uninstall it.
