There is nothing wrong with your computer, or with your Internet connection.

The problem is that HP's file-server, from where you are downloading, is "slow".

Either it has a slow Internet connection - unable to "push" files out at top speed,

or it is "overloaded" -- too many people simultaneously making requests, keeping its CPU busy,

or its Internet connection is overloaded -- cannot push out updates to multiple computers at the same time,

or it is "rate-limited" -- each request is at a "capped" speed.

This is a "user-to-user" forum.  Nobody here can help you, other than HP employees "unofficially" using this forum.

Other people on this forum have made reports that are similar.

All you can do is to set your computer's "power-settings" to never "sleep" or "power-off", and leave your computer alone to slowly download "overnight".
