Product: HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cw0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Norton 360 keeps informing me that I have outdated drivers on my notebook, but Windows Update identifies no solutions. I am using Win11 Pro version 23H2 since January 2024 and your support site doesn't show any options for my OS.

Does Norton 360 offer to provide you the updated drivers? Do they do that for free? Or do they want you to pay extra for that?  If the latter, this is a standard "newer drivers" scam for which they want your money.

 

And if not, HOW do they know you drivers are out of date without having access to newer drivers? And since they clearly do have that access, why are they not just updating the drivers for you?

 

These are questions to ask Norton (or is iut Symentec, now) not HP.
