Hello - the HP webpage which detects available drivers and software for my laptop doesn't seem to "understand" what is already installed. Days ago I run a detection and installed everything avaialabe. Today the detection shows the same available software. Is this the normal behavior?

 

If so, how should I understand when something new is there, since the HP Support Assistant app is not working on my laptop model? (see https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/HP-Support-Assistant-not-notify...).

No news  on this? I have just ttied again and I confirm that a driver I had just installed is proposed again at the next scan.
