hi
Since there are several possible configurations, you could actually use cloud recovery
but currently if computer is original windows 10 then upgraded to windows 11..
the utility, can only reinstall the original version, namely windows 10, it will then be necessary to update to windows 11
to see then!

Hi, @meanwhile
Unfortunately, the information you were provided above will not be of any help since your notebook has an AMD processor and chipset, not an Intel one.
You shouldn't need a storage controller driver to install Windows on an AMD notebook, so I don't know what the solution is.
You could see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool and create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W11, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
The product number you posted for your notebook is for the general model series.
Your notebook should have a product number that identifies a specific model.
It is probably one of those models that ends in 'ax' that is appearing at the link below.
That is the product number you need to enter followed by a #ACJ to be able to use the cloud recovery tool on another PC.
