Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 (300N1AV)

My driver for Touchpad (I2C HID Device) is not working. I am facing this for 2-3 months . when I update the driver It shows the error (Device cannot start (code 10) ) Or it works for just 5 minutes and stop working again. Because of this it shows the hardware is ok. It is about the software. I have HP Pavilion x360 laptop.  I also read other people have this problem too. It would appreciate if someone suggest any solution for it.
