Hi,

I was wondering why my pc is not getting Intel drivers updates even tough the specs are compatible with a lot of them.

Is there any way to work around it and get them updated?

I'm having issues of compatibility with adobe at start and it's annoying.

Thanks

Hi @Mescla

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Also, check for any pending windows update.

To know how to update the Adobe application, refer to this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi @Kumar0307

I'm actually concerned that is not a solution to my post:

drivers can't be found trough hp support assistant, while my specs shows up in Intel website like latest update from 3/25/2020

while my drivers are stuck to old versions.

I tried to update them trough Intel assistant but doesn't work.

@Mescla, I understand

The drivers released by the manufacturers of specific components of the device are then modified by HP to work with other hardware within the device, and once perfected its released via the HP Support Assistant or the HP drivers page for installation.

If there are no major updates that your hardware requires and/or your computer is obsolete, HP will not release any new updates, though Intel would have.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
