Driver update for Intel HD 620

Hi!

I have been trying to install the latest drivers for my Intel HD 620 graphics card since they are well voer 9 months old. However, Intels own updates do not seem to work since (i assume) HP seemt to have specific drivers for their computers. However I cannot find the drivers on the website even searching for them, they all say my computer is not eligible for the update. Where are they?

I have a HP 250 G6, with 8gb ram, Intel HD 620, Intel i5 7200U and Windows 10

Hi:

You should be able to manually install the Intel graphics driver from Intel as follows...

Download the zip file version below...Unzip the file to its folder.

Go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.

Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter.  Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Click on Have Disk, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped>Graphics>igdlh64 (setup information file), and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.
