I have hp 14s Notebook and when I check for the driver update via hp drivers website there are many new drivers and bios updates available for my notebook model, But when I check it in HP support assistant, it tells me that all my driver are latest and up to date.
I reinstalled HP support assistant and also made sure that I'm running the latest version of it but still it shows me that all my drivers are up to date and latest.
I'm confused whether to update to latest driver available from HP official drivers page or listen to what hp support assistant says ?

HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1A9AV) has MANY different machines with many different combinations/configurations options therefore many updates on that site won't applicable for your machine. HPSA knows what are inside your machine to update right drivers.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.

Before you begin
Driver updates for Windows, along with many devices, such as network adapters, monitors, printers, and video cards, are automatically downloaded and installed through Windows Update. You probably already have the most recent drivers, but if you'd like to manually update or reinstall a driver, here's how:
Update the device driver
In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you’d like to update.
Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
Select Update Driver.
If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.
Reinstall the device driver
In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
Right-click (or press and hold) the name of the device, and then select Uninstall.
Restart your PC.
Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

If you have hp product then you should only go with the hp drivers and software. I was also facing the same issue and tried the below mentioned fix which worked for me.
(1) Update BIOS
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors) | F.08 Rev.A | 20.6 MB | Apr 6, 2022 | Download |
Why should you install the update ?

Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:
- An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
- The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
- HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.
"
(2) Reboot
(3) Install/Update
Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers | 1.0.0.199 Rev.S | 25.1 MB | Mar 11, 2022 | Download |
Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver | AL85.55.3739.94Rev.S | 2.6 MB | Jan 11, 2022 | Download |
(4) Reboot and test again.
Hopefully your issue will be fixed.
