For you knowledge, hardware identification in device manager works as:

PCI = Peripheral Component Interconnected

VEN = Vendor ID / 1002 = Advanced Micro Devices (AMD)

DEV = Device ID / 6660 = AMD Radeon dGPU

SUBSYS = Subsystem ID

REV = Revision ID / 83 = AMD Radeon R5 M330

So the missing driver is the AMD Radeon driver.

Hi,

Your PC does not have windows 8.1 drivers in support page. The problem with the advice given above is that you need to install AMD/Intel switchable graphics driver and installing the intel one first or the amd one from amd site will most likely create problems.

I would try this driver which is for your system:

Hope it helps,

David

As of the AMD Faq http://support.amd.com/en-us/search/faq/65

AMD offers generic Switchable drivers. Follow the link to the AMD driver hub in the page I linked you.

Windows 10 driver won't be compatible with 8.1
