My touchpad driver is completely missing and my charging post is messed up ever since i updated from 22h2 to 23h2.
I'd respect if any one could help, i have spent countless hours eating time of Windows team, haha.
Thank youu ❤️

Hi @Anurag_Laptop,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the frustration you're experiencing. Here are a few steps you can take to address the issues with your HP Spectre x360.
- Check HP's Website: Visit HP's official website and navigate to the support section. There, you can search for drivers specifically tailored for your Spectre x360 model running Windows 11 23h2. HP typically provides drivers and software updates for our devices on the support page.
- Windows Update: Sometimes, Windows Update might not provide the latest drivers immediately after a major update. However, it's still worth checking if there are any pending updates for your device. Microsoft may release driver updates through Windows Update.
- Device Manager: You can also try updating drivers manually through the Device Manager. Right-click on the Start button, select "Device Manager," and look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, indicating missing or outdated drivers. Right-click on those devices and select "Update driver" to search for updated drivers automatically.
- Rollback: If you suspect that the issues started after updating to Windows 11 23h2, you can try rolling back to the previous version (22h2). Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery, and under "Go back to the previous version of Windows 11," click "Get started." Keep in mind that you can only do this within a limited time after updating.
Remember to back up your important files before attempting any major changes to your system, such as rolling back updates. This ensures that your data remains safe in case of any unforeseen issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
