Hi,

 

I'm going to install Windows 10 on my old HP Pavillion DV69000. Is there any drivers that I should use or can someone give me the old drivers and I'll use them

Hi:

 

HP retired support for the dv6xxx model series when it reached the 10-year age limit for support.

 

The dv6900 notebook was only supported for Windows Vista, so those are the only drivers that HP released for the model series.

 

You can find the Vista drivers you need from this reputable 3rd party website.

 

HP Pavilion dv6900 CTO drivers (driverscollection.com)

 

Unless your notebook has the onboard Inter graphics adapter you will need to manually install the graphics driver.

 

Do not update the BIOS unless you are running Windows Vista.
