Drivers for HP 2000-417NR

Hello,

Where can I still get the original drivers that came with this laptop? The HP support site does not provide them anymore.

This is the model with the Radeon graphic card.

You can buy the original HP cd's online, but I don't know which one will be the right one for this model.

HP retired support for your notebook since it is more than 10 years old.

This reputable 3rd party driver website has the drivers you need for your notebook:

I know, it says so right on HP's website. But support and making drivers available are 2 different tasks.

Thank you for the link to the drivers, I will check it out and give it a try. Of course there is no reference if the list is complete. Will burn them onto a CD and go from there.

Dell has stopped support for many of their computers as far back as 2 decades ago. Yet I I can still download the drivers for my laptops from 16 years ago. Thank you Dell!

HP's support assistant does not even recognize the serial number. However, when I go to their website and register it manually, it suddenly does. Not good HP!
