HP Pavilion 15-ec1160nd

I hope that you can help me. The support chat does not work at all. It does say okay I'll connect you to an agent but nothing happens.

 

I have done a reinstallation of my laptop HP Pavilion 15-ec1160nd, but I'm not able to find drivers for the laptop not on the HP site.

And now the laptop is so slow as a laptop from 10 years ago. The CPU does stay at 0,39 GHz in the meantime the power options are on high performance and I have also the power adapter in the laptop. 

 

Can you guys or girls help me out.

You should be able to use the drivers and software from the base model 15-ec1000 support page...

Thank you I will try that.

 

I did not know there was a general driver page for 15-ec1000.

When I did go to the page of 15-ec1160nd is did say that there were no diver available.

 

But I will try this out thank you.

I don't even get a driver page for your notebook on the US site.

 

All I get are the specs.

The drivers on the base model page should work fine.
