OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0008ca

I have been having issues with an Excel spreadsheet at 10% resolution (very small) and through Windows Level 3 support they are suggesting that it can be my HP Laptop drivers.  My spreadsheet basically stalls to a crawl and becomes non responsive.  There is ton of processing power and memory available through Task Manager view.  They investigated with me and found that there are NO drivers for Windows 11 on the "HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads" as it only has Windows 10 available.  I have downloaded all the Windows 10 drivers for the computer from HP and also from Windows themselves.

Are there drivers specifically for Windows 11 and where do I get the drivers for my computer?

Thank you

Probable you load the whole Excel file to one screen. Anyway, please hold down Ctrl key and press plus (+) sign few times.

Regards.

Hi BH:

I need to use 10% because I am looking at a picture that is 640x400 cells wide. Each cell contains a value (0-255) and I convert that to gray scale using conditional formatting.  Thus I need to be at 10% to see the whole image. That is my problem.  I experience the same thing if I just have values and not doing conditional formatting at 10%.  I suspect there is something wrong between Excel, the graphics driver, Windows 11,... going on that I nor Windows have been able to resolve.

Any idea on where to get updated Windows 11 drivers for my Laptop or do you have other suggestions?

Thanks
