Hi,

All drivers are installed automaticly by Windows Updates. But two devices still without drivers. I downloaded all drivers manually. But no one worked.

Both called "simple pci communication device"

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9E&SUBSYS_832E103C&REV_0B

Please help

Didn't help. Installation can't even start (says: unsupported platform).

I am already having second notebook with the same problem HP 250 G6 (2SX72EA). It also has two unindentified devices:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9E&SUBSYS_832E103C&REV_0B

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9C&SUBSYS_832E103C&REV_0B

as you can see the only difference between them are only one letter. win10 can't find any drivers and i can't find them by searching the internet...

Found some suggestions at Lenovo russian speaking forums with similar problem (2 devices with IDs: VEN_8086&DEV_5A9C and VEN_8086&DEV_5A9E).

The solution was to change BIOS settings for SecureBoot from Legasy Mode to UEFI Mode. And then reinstall the operating system from scratch.

I will hope to try it out next week and will post here if it helps.

Also found other comment about this problem in one of the internet stores: "You must not format an SSD into an MBR. Use it only in the GPT and prepare the partition with the tools of Windows 10. The drivers have rolled up without any problem."

But I don't understand. I did make all partitions in Windows 10 during its intallation. I will check if its MBR or GPT later, before reinstalling OS.
