I put an OEM copy of Windows 10 on a partition in this Windows 11 laptop. All drivers work on windows 11. The partition with Windows 10 has no wifi, display, audio, touchpad drivers listed in device manager and dont work. Very common issue. Where can i get drivers please.

HP does not support the 17-Cw0000 model series for W10.
If you let me know the model of the Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has, I will post the link to the W10 driver you need for it, and you can hope that Windows update installs the drivers you need.
If not, you will have to do without, or try the W11 drivers from the support page if you have not done so already.
Drivers like the audio and touchpad are usually specific to the model series.
You can look in your Windows 11 device manager for the model of the Wi-Fi adapter.

Thank you. I did indeed locate the windows 11 wifi driver and it worked. Found touchpad and audio drivers as well but they didnt work. Ultimately, i will have to return to mac unfortunately because i do music production.

I gave up. Deleted the partition containing windows 10. I will be selling this laptop and switching to mac for music purposes and lenix mint for the web. When i deleted the partition, it deleted windows security. So incredibly tired of trying to keep windows from suicide, not worth it! Thank you for your assistance... over it!

In the event anyone is following this, i wanted to give an important update. Windows Security will no longer open, nor will notepad or calculater. Nothing downloaded from Windows Store will open. I believe this is due to a bug in a Windows update from what i see on the web. I tried every repair solution i saw but clicking both privacy & security>Windows Security>Open Windows Security AND Virus & threat protection resulted only in a flash of those windows... so windows security wont open. Also in Task Manager>processes, there is no windows defender antimalware process!!! Windows Store chat, after several attempts to repair suggested the solution was to REINSTALL WINDOW 11 !!!! SORRY! Not a viable solution!
So i ended the session and opened an Ableton Live audio project i've been working on and immediately noticed no clicks and pops in the audio stream that has plagued my entire Windows 11 experiance! Even when using plugins that require significant cpu, the audio was CLEAN ! No latency either!
So this fixes the whole reason i'm here in this forum because i no longer need another operating system in order to produce music !!! Windows 11 ALL THE WAY !! Microsoft Windows Security was the cause of every single issue i had and i almost went to Apple or another computer where i can install Windows 7.
The solution to windows 11 audio is to disable windows security. All i use is Malwarebytes free and common sence for the web. Enjoy!
