Product: HP Pavilion TS 15 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I just recently installed windows 8.1pro in my HP Pavilion TS 15 Notebook PC , but one driver is missing called Unknown device ,please help me to update the driver for this unknown device.

Hi:

 

There are several different devices that Windows labels as unknown when a driver is missing.

 

The only way to give you the right driver you need is for you to post the hardware ID for the unknown device that needs the driver.

 

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...
