Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I'm unable to open the hp website for "HP ENVY x360 15-cp0001ng" drivers.

I've registered my product.

I clicked on "Software und Treiber" / "Software and drivers" and tried different ways and different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) to open this site.

I get to the following url:

https://support.hp.com/de-de/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-15-cp0000-x360-convertible-pc/20270303/mode...

 

But it stuck into an endless loading.

This page should work for you...

 

Unfortunately, I cannot change the language to German. 

 

There is no option do do so, when I change the country flag at the bottom of the page like I normally can.
