Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Due to the problems with the audio driver (will be starting a separate thread for that) I uninstalled Realtek which made problems at the time but I am not satisfied with the quality of the one that is currently installed so I wanted to go to the HP website to download driver for that. I arrived to this page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-15-bc000-notebook-pc-series/10862166/mo... and chose the only option for operating system which happens to be the same as mine and I get the following response: We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product.  Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again.

Is there any way to bypass this? Preferably online and not by using hp support assistant for the reasons of being slow, not acurate and non customizable by user.

Tnx

EDIT: Resolved by using different browser - Firefox instead of Chrome.

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

As I understand the drivers are not showing up on the HP website,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Did you check with an alternate browser or another device?

(As it seems to be working fine on my end)

While you respond to that, here's the two updates on the HP website:

(Also, using HP support assistant is the only other way to get the updates)

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

Release date: May 25, 2017

For downloading it: Click here

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver (Windows 10 v1607)

Release date: Jan 13, 2017

I hope this helps!

Keep me posted,
