Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We did a factory hard reset , and have been trying  to upload windows 10 again and now the drivers are not functioning? Can you suggest what we may be not doing? Or solution

WinKey + R and type
msinfo32
Read Line 9
System SKU: N6K07EA#ABU

Please do not post Serial Numbers.

 

Was that an F11 Factory Fresh install or something else?
