Hi there,
In device manager, I found the following drivers missing:
Base system device
When I open properties, the following information appears at location-
PCI Bus 4, Device 0, Function 3 (code 28)
PCI Bus 4, Device 0, Function 4 (code 28)
PCI Bus 4, Device 0, Function 1 (code 28)
Another driver missing at location - on PCI root complex.
My scroll function on the mouse trackpad is also not working after a Windows update. (running Windows 10 Pro)
Please help.
Thank you.
Gary

Hi:
You need this driver for the base system dev...
This package contains the JMicron Card Reader driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45010.exe
Please post the hardware ID for the other device you need the driver for.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID...

For the touchpad, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the driver directly from synaptics...
1st one on the list.
