Hello.
HP does not support Windows 11 on your laptop. That's the reason the are no Windows 11 drivers available from them.
This may not necessarily be a problem, Windows 11 can download most drivers for your laptop after the installation. For most devices, you can also resort to Windows 10 drivers if a Win11 driver cannot be found.
You should check first whether your laptop is able to run Windows 11. Microsoft has instruction for running their PC Health App: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-check-if-your-device-meets-windows-11-system-requ...
If it says Windows 11 is supported, you can update. Windows 11 can also easily be rolled back to Windows 10 for some time after the installation if you're not satisfied with it, but the option is soon removed to conserve drive space.
Before installation, I recommend updating the BIOS to latest version, and the SSD firmware updates as well, if applicable to your laptop model.

Oh, I should add the the Support Assistant will not work in your Windows 11 installation. It only downloads those software packages that are supported for your laptop model and since you will be using unsupported Windows version - no point in installing it because it won't offer anything for download.

In your first message you wrote that you want to install Windows, so this is changes things.
What exactly is the problem and which drivers are missing? Without more specific information there's very little anyone can do to help you.

OK, no worries.
Looking at the drivers available for Windows 10 for your model, I am quite certain that once Windows 11 is installed and connected to Internet, it will download all drivers required.
The only HP software package it probably will not download is the OMEN Gaming Hub SDK, which you can download and install from this address: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp150001-150500/sp150272.exe
PS. If your current Windows 11 installation is broken, you can also just reset your Windows from System Settings -> Recovery. You can have it retain all your applications and documents, or you can have everything wiped.
