Hi I bought a school notebook, HP Victus 15th gen. I would like to set a dynamic refresh rate as a battery saver. The laptop has RTX 4060, i5 12gen, 144 Hz. unfortunately I don't see that frequency option in the settings. Does anyone know what to do ? I would also like to ask if it is possible to set the laptop to charge only at 85% of the battery so that it does not wear out so much. Thank you.

Hi @Jenkis
The first thing to check is if you have a 144 Hz display, you can indicate the product number that has this form ASDFG#ABC, I believe your model does not have that display .
About the battery, only business models have that option in the BIOS to regulate the charge
