Product: HP Notebook 15s-fq1006na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

IN MY PICTURES, SOME OF THE FOLDERS AND PICTURES HAVE A RED CIRCLE ICON WITH AN X IN IT NEXT TO THE FOLDER OR PICTURE NAME. I HAVE COME TO FIND IT IS THE STATUS OF THEM BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

The only other thing I can suggest is checking OneDrive synchronization.  I can't help you with that as I have OneDrive completely disabled.
