Hi @Abdallah10,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating this issue must be, especially when basic hardware like the touchpad isn't working after switching back to Windows 10 on your HP Laptop PC 15-dw4000 (4Z345AV).

1. Check for Windows 10-Compatible Drivers

While HP may not list Windows 10 drivers for this model directly, you can still try:

2. Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics

You can test the touchpad hardware using HP's built-in diagnostics:

  • Turn off the laptop.
  • Turn it on and press Esc repeatedly, then press F2 for diagnostics.
  • Go to Component Tests > Mouse/Touchpad and run the test.

3. Use HP Virtual Assistant

HP offers guided help for touchpad and keyboard issues: 👉 Fix HP Keyboard, Mouse or Touchpad Not Working for Laptops and Computers| HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
