I have a EliteBook 2170p, and I installed Windows 10 Ent 64bit Version 1809 (OS build 17763.615). I searched and installed all missing drivers and i now only have "Base System Device" remaining, the hardware ID shows as "PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2393&SUBSYS_17F6103C&REV_30".
From reading other posts I have installed "sp63637.exe" but this hasn't worked and i'm still left with a missing "Base System Device" driver.
Is anyone able to help and provide the correct drivers?

Hi:
That is the driver you need.
See if this works...
Go to the device manager. Click on the Base System Device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp63637.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted...
%DEV_2393.DeviceDesc% = JM , PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2393&SUBSYS_17F6103C
