Product: EliteBook 8470p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have been using this pc for more than a year. Battery was OK up to now.
Now the battery status says “0% available (plugged in, not charging”
Now I can only use the PC with the power cords plugged in.
Any idea on how I can do any diagnostics on this?
