Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 Notebook PC

I have a HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4. It is running Windows 11 21H2,  Tee keyboard backlight will not work. I have performed all Windows updates and HP updates.  I gave checked the BOIS settings and the action keys are enabled. I need some help.

Yes, same here. Worked fine in Win10 but stopped once I upgraded to Win11.
