Hello community,

I have a problem with the fingerprint reader. I use the HP Security Client to log into Windows. Unfortunately it stopped working. When trying to remove fingerprints in the HP Security Client it says "An error occurred while trying to write to the database."
What have I done:
1) Attempt to remove fingerprints in the application - it does not work.
2) Trying to remove fingerprints via BIOS/UEFI - when adding fingerprints in the HP Security Client application, it still says: "An error occurred while trying to write to the database."
3) Application uninstalled including user data. Rebooted and did a clean install. To be sure, reset fingerprints in BIOS again. Clean installation and when registering it still says: "An error occurred while trying to write to the database."

Can you advise me what I am doing wrong? How do I fix it?
