Hi:

Since that model is not supported by HP for W10, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 hotkey driver from the 2570p.  Listed under the Keyboard driver section...

Hi thanks for that,

Have you any tips on how to install, then get it to sync with the machine?

I did previously download that driver, but i'm not sure how I tell whether machine detected it or not.

Thanks

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, that I do not know.

My assumption is the driver will automatically work, or it won't.

This person indicated that he was prompted to install Net Framework 3.5.

Thanks, But the 2570p drivers didnt' work.

Infact we own a  2570p and the drivers work spot on for that (including the need to Net Framework 3.5) That's expected.

Thing is the 2560p has a different keyboard to my uk 2570p

In particalur brightness 'f' buttons are different. (F9,10 & 11 for 60p, V F9, 10 for 70p)
(it may be dutch, as it was supplied via dutch owned firm) Although I am uk based.
