Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

My 2760p was working perfectly. I formatted and installed the same windows copy of windows 7 64bit. Installed the same drivers found on HP website but after doing that I noticed that the fingerprint did not appear on the login screen of windows and not even present in the HP security manager. It is present on the credentials of HP protecttools adminstrative console but with only the option of choosing how many fingers and sensitivity. I tried everything from making sure the driver is good and the hardware is connected. Could you please guide me to how to solve this. I love this laptop very much and would love to see it working.
