Product: HP EliteBook 860 16 inch G9 Notebook PC (4C153AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi all.
We have 12x EliteBook 860 G9 and 2x EliteBook 860 G10 and 2 ProBook 450 G9's that are not installing Windows update KB5058411. all machines are on 23H2 all report the same error
errorCodes": [
{
"code": "0x80240034",
"key": "WU_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILED",
"message": "Update failed to download."
}
We have even tried to run the .WSU files manually with command prompt using DSIM but this also fails.
does anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing this? it seems to be specific to these machines and version of Windows 11.
we do have 2 other EliteBook 860 G9's we have installed 24h2 on and no such issues with the may rollup update.
