Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to turn on and make use of my scroll keys.  I've not been able to locate a slk button on either my physical or screen keyboards.

Thank you!

What do you mean by scroll key?

Thank you for the reply.

The bottom right keys of the keyboard that have arrows on them (up, down, left, and right).  I use these most frequently for navigating cells in Excel.

Again, thanks!

And they don't work?

Sort of.  When I'm in a cell and click to the right, the whole window moves right.  Traditionally, when clicking on the right arrow button it would move me from one cell to the one adjoining it.  Sorry for the lack of descriptive clarity.

Its fine most people usually do the same thing.  As for the entire windows moving are you holding ctrl or alt or any kind of key like that.

Initially, no.  But in attempting to resolve, I tried the arrow keys while holding down the ctrl, fn, and alt keys.

Has anything changed when you did that?

Unfortunately, no.  The issue seems to happen mostly when in Excel.

When you say that the whole Window moves what do you mean by that?
