Product: Elitebook

Hi.  Is the only way to turn the Elitebook on is by opening it?  I've always had a button on the side.  Thanks.

Only if the options are available in the UEFI settings.  If they are, in the Power Management section, there will be a Power on By Keyboard setting or Wake on Keyboard setting.

 

And I believe you have to use an External keyboard for this to work.
