My laptop has some problems sometimes. I decided to try to update the bios and this operation require to disable bitlocker, so i searched how to disable it. Now I want to enable it again but i can't. I tried with cmd and with settings. I honeslty dont know if I had bitLocker before bc i searched in system information and the voice "Device Encryption Support" and it say "PCR7 binding is not supported". So, what I should do to solve the problem? I had another thing instead of bitLocker?

Sign in to your Windows device with an administrator account (you may have to sign out and back in to switch accounts).
In the search box on the taskbar, type Manage BitLocker and then select it from the list of results.
Select Turn on BitLocker and then follow the instructions.
