Product: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0043dx

I don't know if I chose the right board.  Some of my e-mails are coming in encrypted through my Microsoft mail app.  I have Yahoo and **bleep** accounts I have added to my Microsoft mail App.  And it hasn't always been this way, maybe it started after an automatic update, but I am not sure.  I can't pinpoint when this started.  Anyone know how I can fix this?
