Entered wrong email when setting up new lsptop

If you entered the wrong email during your HP laptop setup, here’s how to fix it:

1. If It’s Your Microsoft Account

• Go to Settings → Accounts → Your Info.
• If you signed in with the wrong Microsoft account: 
  • Click Sign out or Switch account.
  • Sign in with the correct email.
• If you need to change the email linked to your Microsoft account: 
  • Visit Microsoft Account Management.
  • Add an alias or change the primary email under Your Info → Manage how you sign in.

2. If It’s an HP Account (for HP Services)

• Go to HP Account Login.
• Sign in with the wrong email (if possible), then: 
  • Add the correct email under Profile Settings.
  • Or create a new HP account with the correct email and sign in on your laptop.
