My son rolled a water bottle on his hp stream he got as a present last September. I tried all shortcut keys I could find and nothing has worked. I can’t see a full screen only middle of page. I tried going to settings but I can’t scroll around to try and find display or anything. Not sure what else to do. Is there a way to factory reset or something?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?
- Have you checked the display on an external monitor?
- Could you please share the picture of the desktop screen?
let’s try these steps to resolve the problem:
I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting,
If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
