It is a combination of the following options
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/ish_10229738-10229826-16
Your machine can be from model/product 17-da0000aa to 17-da9999zz. How do you know it is wrong ?
Regards.

you ask "How do you know it is wrong ?"
I know because after trying to get my laptop onto the HP website and after going in circles with Warranty/Tech and then Sales/Customer service
The Serial what you call model is correct 17-da00 BUT the Product # is NOT
they ALL verifiy that the "Product#" on my laptop is WRONG and was sent to me with the WRONG #. the RIGHT number is on the back of the laptop. We fixed the HP website to show the under warranty the RIGHT Product # but they REFUSE TO HELP ME FIX MY LAPTOP!!! BTW they and I cannot fix the My Dashboard on the HP website. It keeps bringing up the WRONG product #
Things seem to work BUT when I run MyHP and Support Assist - ALL THE WRONG INFO COMES UP. I have screen shots but I'm not putting them up here.
Hate HP Customer Service. ALL parts are separated.
Tech says Sales has to fix it, then
Sales says Tech has to fix it, then
Sales says they WON'T fix it, then
Tech says they are NOT allowed to fix it.
DISGRACEFUL
I just want MY laptop to have the RIGHT DARN PRODUCT #
How can I do that?
