Hi,

I just purchased HP Envy x360 2in1 laptop 15-ew1xxx.

 

Does this really have 32GB RAM?

It takes forever to open the picture file completely, and when I'm using the Clipchamp, it keeps crashing!

it's really slow in doing anything sometimes.

 

What can I do? Everything is updated.

Well, I don't know. What is your HP Envy x360 2in1 laptop 15-ew1xxx (xxx can be from 999aa to 999zz). What is it ?  Please use the following way to find out:
