This error message means your PC is trying to activate using something known as KMS -- where it looks for a Key Management Server (KMS) to issue it a license.
KMSs are used in Enterprise versions of Windows and in (older OSs) Volume License editions of Windows.
They are also used in Pirated versions of Windows.
They are not used in Retail or OEM versions of Windows.
We can't help you with this as your Windows version is invalid.
