Hi, first sorry my english.

Your company's products are excellent. The experience of using your products is very enjoyable.

But i have a problem.

OS: Windows 10 32-bit

when i want install Driver (HP Elitepad 900 System BIOS/Firmware and Driver Update  sp71504.exe)

I receive an error message: System BIOS update failed: Error code = 259. Please close the application and try again.

I used your solution (https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c04293432). But the problem was not solved.

Pls help me.

Error code 259 usually indicates that the BIOS update process failed because of a problem with the system's power source or battery. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue.

 

  • Ensure that the AC adapter is plugged in and that the battery is charged to at least 30% before attempting the BIOS update.
  • Disable any antivirus software or security tools that may be interfering with the BIOS update process.
  • Close all other running applications on the computer to reduce the chances of system resource conflicts during the BIOS update.
  • Try performing the BIOS update again. If the update fails again, try updating the BIOS using a different method, such as using a USB drive instead of the online update utility.
