My camera was working just fine, but when I tried to enter a Zoom meeting I starting getting this error code. After researching and troubleshooting, I noticed that the driver isn't even listed in the Device Manager. So tried a factory reset and that didn't even work. I feel like I have done everything online, everything virtual help has done, and all systems are updated.
HELP PLEASE.

Hello @penney24032,
Could you please check if the solution mentioned here works? Let me know how it goes.
Otherwise, a specific model name or product number would be appreciated. E.g. HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0028ca or 5MT98UA#ABL
Information on how to find a laptop's model name or product number is detailed in this HP document. (Please do not post serial numbers on the HP Support Community. The difference between a product number and a serial number is that the product number contains a # sign)
Kind regards,
Eddy
