@Ruwan1970 Could you attach a screenshot with the error message and when exactly does it appear? is it while opening a specific program or does it show up when you turn on your PC?
Please elaborate and also include the details of any recent changes you may have done that could have caused this issue so we could work on getting it fixed.
Meanwhile, please try the below steps:
- Install the latest version of the driver updates available for your graphics card: Click here to access the HP Website.
- If the issue persists,
1. Press the Windows and R key at the same time, a Run window will appear.
2. Type msconfig and then click on OK
3. Click on the Services tab
4. Find and then remove the check from “NVIDIA Geforce Experience Service”
5. Click on OK.
nvspcap64.dll is missing
