Whenever I turn on the laptop I get an error window. I tried going to the path also but couldn't find any files. Please help me with this!error.jpg

If this comes up automatically, that means that there is an entry in your Startup folder for this file.

 

You have to do the following:

1) Press the Ctl-Alt-Del keys at the same time

2) Select Task Manager

3) Select the Startup tab

4) Scroll down through the items and look for one with the program in it that is mentioned on the screen

5) If found, disable it
