Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm trying to install hp pc hardware diagnostics tool (v2.2.0.0) but I keep getting this error:


HpHwDiag.exe - Corrupt File The file or directory \EFI\HP\SystemDiags \SystemDiagsCeeHistory.log is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility.

I ran chkdsk /f :c on my cmd terminal, rebooted my laptop and tried installing the tool again but i got the same error again.
