Hi I wonder if you can all help me get to the bottom of this mindbending problem.

I'm trying to sit an exam through city and guilds, through what is called an remote inviligation session.

I bought an ethernet cable to help boost my speeds as they need to be 5 for both downloading and uploading (they are now around the 12 mark.)

I cleared the cache and cookies as advised too.

But I get through the setup of the test so visually pictures of ID. Voice test - Correct Headphones.

To the Environment Test part of the setup.

I have to upload a video to cooperate that there's no-one is in the room with myself whilst doing an exam. Obviously there is a person on the otherside that is watching me do all of this.

I take the video it says the video has been successful but upon trying to upload the video to be checked it is throwing up an error uploading video, and I can't get passed it to obviously move on with the test.

The invaligator obviously states I have to reach out too the tech team. Which I do, the last time they said it was the speed which is why I bought the ethernet cable, the first time was my headphones wasn't connecting right. So I bought a proper call headset.

This time they told me to clear cache and cookies which I did but it's still saying error uploading video.

I'm absolutely stumped at what is going on.

I've tried twice now and my next remote exam is on 14th October. I just don't know what else to check. So can you guys help a very flustered unsavvy technology person out.

It is very much appreciated. And thankyou in advance.
